I made this picture frame for my sister’s birthday and promised her that if I start mass-producing it she’ll get 5%. There are a few reasons why she shouldn’t get her hopes up, the main one being that I had no mitre box, so the angles ended up being a bit wonky. I know what you’re thinking. “A bad workman blames his tools” but have you heard that “a good workman gets annoyed at not having the right ones?” No, me neither. Anyway here are some more pictures (unfortunately one of them includes my face).
But I think it’s turned out alright despite my lack of skill and all the fiddly bits.
The newsprint effect was purely accidental and was down to me varnishing the damned thing on a copy of the Hackney Citizen.
The hinge alows for landscape and portrait display.
And the hole at the back allows for hanging from walls (though only in landscape).
I’m very excited about those 5%! Woopwoop!
I like the one with your face!
Where did that picture ended? I prefer that one 🙂
Whatever, you’re one of the few lucky people to have that very special photo of us.
